The order was supposed to be delivered via InPost within 48 hours. It was sent a week later. Attempts to contact them by email and phone went unanswered. To this day, there has been no communication with any explanation. The customer service is absolutely below any expectations.

I've placed an order for a few brews. The order was accepted, and then canceled shortly after. I wrote them, asking why it was cancelled? No answer. Then they took the money from my account, and I've written them four times since over the last month. I have not received my order and they have not answered me.

Top products and fast delivery - everybody does that, customer service is another thing..
I ordered a load of products, but immediately after ordering, I noticed that the pump I ordered wasn't fit for hot wort, so I wrote them about my concerns. This was sunday, so I expected a reaction from them first thing monday.
Unfortunately the next message I got, was that it had been shipped, so I wrote them again.
They immediately turned my order total into a voucher, so I could order the same again with a different pump. I only had to deny receipt of the first parcel.
I did that, and received the last order two days later - that is service as I like it.
