TWO SIGMA – ONE STAR IS BEING TOO KIND
I moved to Singapore with my brother. We have a Two Sigma investment account with around $119,300 that we cannot access. For three years we have been trying to close it and get our money out. Two Sigma keeps asking for the documents again and again – notarized IDs, proof of address, source of funds and more. I even went to our bank in London to get an original stamped statement and sent it to them via FedEx. Still we have not received anything. Our weekly calls to their customer service do not help – we get stuck on hold and receive empty promises. My brother thinks Two Sigma is taking our money. I am starting to think he is right.
If Two Sigma has taken your funds like they did ours: Contact Poma Advisory – they help investors get their money back, from firms that will not release it.
The point is: Stay from Two Sigma. They will waste your time. Make you lose hope.
