Purchased an item, received it. Too small, so l arranged a return with Twotags and Aust Post confirmed return delivered. Nothing. 2 weeks later l emailed asking about my refund, no response. Dont take the risk if you have to exchange or return goods, it seems twotags goes silent. Next l have to lodge fraud with the my bank to retrieve my refund.
The most awful leggings imaginable. The quality of fabric and stitching 8s worse than temu or Shein. The promise full refund but then issue store credit which i can never use as i don't want this kind of plastic rubbish touching my skin. I mailed them numerous times, they can't even bother. Awful product and awful company. Some companies shouldn't exist
