Number 1 bike shop.
Never had much dealing with the company but now we dont have one decent bike shop in trowbridge and I have spent alot on my bike it needed that better touch. Well I can not moan I was thinking alot of money and was shocked with how much and service I got absalute 100 percent and thank you .....matt with the massive cruiser its running lovely.

Top notch outfitters for anything bikes. We rented e-bikes ( second time) for a self guided tour of The Cotswolds. The bikes were in mint condition; totally reliable and well serviced; delivered to our hotel. Super efficient team for processing our request and accommodating additional requests along the way. Through TY cycles we had the pleasure of planning our routes with Michael Cooper. A very dedicated, thorough and kind support in plotting our days and towns to visit. Could not have done it without his local knowledge and guidance in making decisions. Highly recommend both Michael and TY. The "Teutonic" two!! ;). TT

best customer service for cycles!
Bought my first proper bike from Tom today - great response via email and had my new bike just 7 hours later. Tom took all the time in the world to explain everything about the bike to me, help get me comfortable on the bike and to give advice on my cycling.
I have not experienced great customer service for a very long time and must say that the experience with Tom and his colleagues at TY cycles is second to none - worth a long travel!

We initially rented 2 e-bikes from TY Cycles and had a great 2 days proving to ourselves that we could manage the Cotswold hills.
Couldn't resist doing it more often, so decided to purchase 2 Bergmont e-bikes from TY Cycles, similar to the ones we rented. Bikes were delivered to our home and the adventures have started. Unfortunately, one of the bikes had a knocking noise when hitting potholes. Tom and Joe managed to solve this with minimal fuss (they replaced the faulty front forks) - that's great customer service. Thanks!!
