I ordered a dog cool mat on 26th June and have still not received it. When I attempt to use the tracking code given it says ' no order'. I asked for refund but keep getting told it is on its way. Dont touch this company with a bargepole
Dont use this company. I purchased a 3D printed Ninja pen holder which I was also charged for shipping protection.
Item came in a padded envelope which did nothing to protect the product. The product was damaged and useless and contacted the company with images to show the damage.
The company took a long time to reply and then only offered me a small refund stating cost more to return item.
WHAT DID I PAY SHIPPING PROTECTION FOR!
I should have received a full refund and still not had reply to my other mails after.
