Will I ever receive my sol light?

I ordered the 40 x 60 Sol Light on January 5th 2026, it is September 25th and I still have not received my order.
I had been emailing the company for weeks wondering when I would receive it, when back in April, they finally gave me 2 options. I could receive a 10% partial refund for my order and receive "version 2" of the light in 6-8 weeks or completely cancel my order. I opted for version 2 with the partial refund because at that time I still wanted it. Every time I check the updated ship time, it gets pushed out further. Just on the remake, I have now waited 23 weeks. I requested to cancel my order but have not heard back from the company.
