I have a 2019 Chevy Cruze with 65000 miles on it. I was recently informed that it needed a new transmission at a cost of $6800 by a dealership in Niles. It's the only one so I won't name names. They know who they are. A transmission should last longer than those miles. The owner's manual doesn't even call for transmission maintenance until 72000 miles. I contacted GM customer care who contacted the dealer who declined to assist with the cost. I have bought and/or leased many cars over the years from this dealer but never again.
It does not appear that they are committed to their customers or to excellence as it states on their website. If you are in the market for a car buying experience, just know they do not stand behind their product.
