More than 10 weeks waiting, they offer 4-5 weeks timefrime.

The costumer service is pretty amazing, lets be honest. The problem is that we ordered on December 15th and its March 3nd and we still havent received the furniture. It was supposed to be 4-5 weeks and its been more than 10 weeks already,

Worst shopping experience

The delivery was late for about one month. And the delivery driver left all 8 big boxes at the entrance of my apartment building. It was supposed to be delivered in my apartment (on the first floor). I have not assembled the furniture, but this is already one of my worst shopping experience. I will never purchase from this company again. BAD BAD BAD!

Extremely negative experience

Extremely negative experience so far. I placed my order on December 23, and it said delivery would take seven weeks, so the week of February 10. They told me that I had chosen a premium color, so it would take longer, and delivery would be between February 23 and March 6. It is now February 23, and I have not received any updates, and the item is still in production.

Never ending story

We received our order with a long delay (32 days) and some stuff had a wrong size (#6) and some others were totally missing (#3). We propmtly informed Tylco but no feedback before 48h in the best case! Anyway, they finally arrange another delivery with the 6 pieces with the right size while the other 3 pieces are still missing. a long story short....47 days have passed, my dresser in not yet ready and I'm living in my flat with 9 big boxes in my way since 2 weeks and who knows what will be with the 3 pieces still missing! Moreover, only when I asked for a compensation they react with a n offer that you can't refuse....70 euro!!! Are you serious? Are you fair?

Broken Promises and Zero Communication

Extremely poor communication and broken promises. Ordered in December, delivery window missed, follow-up deadlines missed again, and zero proactive updates. Only generic excuses and no goodwill gesture. Not what you expect from a premium furniture brand. Would not order again.

Fantastic product

Fantastic product - excellent quality and assembled easily with precision fitted drawers and doors. My unit looks stylish and is I designed my own layout, it perfectly suits my needs. Good company, obviously proud of their product.

Terrible experience. DO NOT USE.

Absolutely terrible experience from this company. I made an order seven months ago, they delivered the wrong parts, and refused to send a replacement even after I sent photos. Then they indicated they would only provide a refund after I send all the materials back, which includes heavy material (I am 65 years old). I still haven't received a refund nor the correct parts.

To those reading Tylko's response on 26/2, they are only responsive in public forums. In reality, they continue to respond to me directly via email with some form of "we are looking into this" or "we have forwarded this issue internally". Absolutely terrible.

Frustrating Shopping Cart Experience

A promotional code was offered but the shopping cart could not process the coupon code. After three weeks of emailing back and forth, there was no resolution and I ended up ordering paying more. The back and forth exchange created a frustrating shopping experience.

Great product and service

The level of customisation possible, the help with design, the quality of the product and the ease of assembly were all brilliant. We could find no better value alternative for wardrobes for the spaces we had in our room and the outcome has surpassed expectations
