Really convenient and delicious. Been ordering there for about a month now, and new packs have already been introduced, which is great as I get bored easily!

We’ve just finished our trial pack containing 2 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 2 snacks & 2 shots. It’s all lovely and as very busy people running our own business from home, we struggle to get out to do a good food shop let alone have time to prepare it so Tyme has been a really fantastic experience. We were only discussing today that we’re going to be signing up for the weekly subscription. Great job Tyme!

Wow! This is by far the best food meal prep company I have tried... and I have tried lots of them!

The meals are delicious and very nutritious.

All packaging is responsibly sourced and you can really tell that the brand care.

Enjoying the food. Had some issues with delivery, but customer service have been amazing.

Easy ordering, quick delivery, perfect size meal for one in recyclable pouches. Light and tasty.

The food has been delicious! Have never had such flavoursome vegan food before and the subscription has been great in making sure I have lots of fruit and veg each day. Great portion size, healthy and excellent flavour.

Really delicious, fresh food. Healthy, balanced meals that I can have on the go, whilst working. I’m particularly a fan of those that don’t need or benefit from being heated up as I don’t have access to a microwave at work so please keep those ones coming.

I have recently been looking for new ways that I can decrease my cooking time but still have nice food (love food, hate cooking). I’ve have had three of these meals so far and really enjoyed them so I’ve ordered more. Hopefully over time there will be enough variety that I’ll continue to rely on them for lunch or dinner 🙂

Delicious and nutritious food. Loved the spicy ones. Though I would prefer a bigger choice if I were to continue getting it on a regular basis.

I’m always in the market for preprepared lunches, I work in a studio where there is little in the way of lunch options near I so I was excited to try out Tyme when I came across it, exactly what I was looking for! Just have been let down by a few things:

1. The food actually arrives in a brown paper bag covered in lambs wool, if you’re vegan as an FYI, also what am I going to do with all the wool?! Feels wasteful to throw in the bin. It was delivered whilst I was out and went round my flat looking for a bright pink box when I got home. The delivery was seamless though and arrived on time and with an ice pack.
2. All of the food arrived in pouches, the website and marketing suggests that the breakfast arrive in tins, the clear see through packaging makes the breakfast dishes look a little un appetising lots of beige and brown colours. I also don’t want to eat every meal out of a soft pouch.
3. The packaging is actually quite hard to rip into, I’ve had to use scissors to get them open as vigorous tearing makes the food spill out.
4. All the lunches that are to be heated, are to be heated with a saucepan- I was actually shocked at work to read this on the back of the packaging, I honestly don’t know who at work has a hob!? It also doesn’t mention this on the website or that I can see.
5. I’ve gone to take one of the breakfasts this morning and the pouch has completely expanded with air and is hard (only 3 days since receiving)
6. The food texture is all a bit slick for me, noodles, quinoa etc nothing has a lot of crunch.
7. Flavour is a little off, some really garlic-y (minestrone) and overpowering.
8. I wanted to go through all the lunches or eat a substantial amount before I had to commit to this week and which products. On Monday I went on the website to skip this week realised I couldn’t but thought I had until Thursday?!

Lovely fresh food that was so easy to put together and lasted really well through the week.

I ordered the "Trail Bundle" as I wanted to give it a go. I was unanware that the service is Exclusively a subscription service. I realised afterwards that the small print states you sign up when you buy. I would argue that the website is deliberatly designed to be confusing.

The Customer Service rep pointed out that there was a tick box preventing you from buying without knowing about the Subscription. However that box doesn't exist when you pay with PayPal.

The food was ok, some of it I liked some of it I couldn't even finish but it's not worth what you pay by any means.

Secondly because I payed with paypal I encountered a technical fault where I had two accounts: One with the email I signed up with, another created with my Paypal email (That I couldn't access).

This prevented my from editing meals/pausing or canceling via their website, as advertised multiple times.

To their credit I argued this case with customer service and they agreed to refund one of my orders.

I now have about £42 worth of food in my fridge that no-one will eat because of this fault, but the refund helps it stings less.

If you are ordering from this service, BE CAREFUL when ordering...you are 100% ordering a food subscription and be careful when ordering with Paypal as it creates faults. Customer service is not unhelpful but they are definately more concerned about their bottom line that customer experience.

It would have been a 1 star had they not issued a partial refund. It just wasn't enough to secure my retern patronage.

The lunches are mostly favoured by chilli and the flavours are lacking. The lunches are also mostly carbs, there are very little vegetables and/or protein. It is good for portion control, i.e. the meals are smaller than most take-away options, however the lunches rely heavily on the carbs to fill you up. I tried to cancel and was unable to do so on the website, there is no confirmation and I had to email the company directly.

Great taste and flavour, easy way to make sure that I am getting the essential nutrients I need.

I absolutely loved my TYME delivery! The food was all really good quality, kept me full until the next meal and most importantly tasted fresh and delicious. I especially enjoyed the snacks, I always struggle to find something healthy but I couldn't recomend the pecan tahini trail mix more. It was such a treat to not have to think about cooking anything myself - money very well spent in my opinion, I will definitely be ordering again.

I love the idea! Massive timesaver and I’m eating healthily!
