Eligible but then declined?

What is the point in an eligibility check to say I am eligible and then when I send a copy of my passport, I’m rejected. Never been rejected from a copy of my ID! It’s also clear I am not the only one that is having that issue looking at their forum and this page.

My favourite credit card!
I'm more then a year Tymit customer,
had recently increased my credit limit from £1500 to £3000.
Love using the app, very smart built and easy to use!
Had recommended to many friends and family members, sad no all been accepted 😞
Had also recently changed the address by chat customer service and was also easy and fast!
Will definitely recommend 100%

Great product, some updates needed.

Very pleased with my experience so far , customer services are always helpful and respond within a timely manner. Product its self is good.

I hope that the team at tymit can improve the roll out speed of some new features soon along with regular app updates to keep things running smoothly. Things have slowed a lot in this area. Hoping things like statements and the ability to apply for a limit increase in app become available soon.

The socials have also appeared to take a back seat recently.

Opening banking connection to allow connection of tymit into a financial hub would also be a great addition.

Look forward to what tymit have to offer in the future.

Diabolical customer services I have…

Diabolical customer services I have been trying to dispute a payment there is no live chat or live customer service to make a complaint. Personally, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced There days as a business are numbered.

Absolute nightmare when trying to sort…

Absolute nightmare when trying to sort out a problem. I changed address and tried to get a hold of customer service 8 times and each time got an immediate response and then nothing afterwards. Literally no one to talk to at all if Therese a problem. So nothing was actually resolved. Also the app keeps going down making you re-sign in. I still don’t have a physical card since moving.. Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with because there is non.

Don't use Tymit card

Don't use this card, It's a poor adventurer company that is dedicated to playing as banker. Their cards do not pass in many shopping centers as well as in certain gas stations, if you put it to amortize emergency payments they reject the payments and then they apologize and say it was for your "Security" it'd completely useless and expensive.

Totally gutted the booster card Will end

Totally gutted the booster card is been taken off I’ve had mine for a long while now and really like it manage it really well and up my deposit amount every few months.

I also got my wife to sign up and our credit scores have shot up a lot recently.

We have both been offered cards loans and credit accounts recently from a number of places and believe the booster helped up my score by extra 477 points in total recently we had terrible score prior

Which has been great jump i usually pay my bill off in full each month and manage it well

I love the Tymit card spend on it all the time and repay my balance off monthly.

Don’t know if I would be offered a normal one but Tymit you’ve been great and I will definitely miss my Tymit card when you close in February gutted :-(

The booster was a fantastic idea and knowing I have it really helped keep my finances on track.

Will definitely miss using my card always felt safer than a normal credit card.

I loved been able to top up and pay off on the app. It kept me from just wasting and spending my money in bank

Also one bonus is the using card abroad and not getting any extra charges
