Recently had cause once again to contact them. They don’t like being questioned on their failings, ALL credit card companies are obligated to let customers know when a payment is due and the amount. This lot didn’t and in return hit you with a late payment charge and take pleasure in saying credit reference agencies have been update with the non payment, all because of their failings. Staff talk down to you and come across as being entitled.
On a separate note, they offer £75 as an apology for breaching data hoping that will stop a complaint to the ICO. Unfortunately for Tymit , that didn’t work. I’d avoid this company at all costs. They just cause distress and cannot be trusted.
Update : I can now update that after some discussion, matters have been resolved.

Support was good, I was having trouble with the app initially and was advised that there were some technical problems so deleted and downloaded the app again and it has been working ever since.

I've been very happy with Tymit. The transparency of their purchase to payback approach makes it really easy to decide whether to buy now and how much any financing will really cost, as well as encouraging managed and careful use of the card. I've only had to get in touch once, and the response/solution was prompt and friendly. I'm a fan!

Really poor customer service, takes forever to respond to every message or response making dialogue long and anxious. Would be seriously concerning if it was an emergency.
I have been chasing a refund from a very reputable vendor made on 07/12/2023. Just because the communication from the vendor does not disclose the full card number, Tymit are hiding behind that and claiming they not received the payment. I am inclined to believe the vendor that they have made the payment as escalated and confirmed by relevant department.
After kicking up a fuss with the vendor and escalating it they made another refund on 10/01/2023 out of goodwill even though it meant them refunding twice. This still hasn't reflected on Tymit account. What does that say?
This review is as a last resort as the time it is taking to resolve this is unacceptable and my funds are missing for well over a month.
Definitely recommend sticking to proper credit card companies.

I have a total of approx. £5k of fraudulent transactions put through on my Tymit credit card. Tymit has refused to refund these fraudulent transactions (9x in total in a period of approx 15 mins).
Tymit considers me liable for £5k and now have to go through legal/ complaints procedures to prove I'm defrauded. This has been a horrible ordeal, emotionally draining.
PLEASE BE WARNED this can happen to you!
1. According to Tymit I have authorized the Tymit card to be added to an Android wallet.
This is completely false:
- I do not own an Android phone never have.
- I never authorised any new app to be installed.
- I have never shared codes, card details, or authorisation codes.
- I never authorised these 9x fraudulent transactions
This is extremely worrying and I advise you to be cautious. Criminals have stolen my hard-earned money.

I had a new card sent through, initially it took weeks before I could use it as the PIN on my app was not responding and I had to keep chasing.
The first time I used my new card and I had just paid my last month bill in time and in full I went to a cafe I used most days and the payment was rejected stating insufficient funds which was not true and was an embarrassing experience. I wrote to Tymit on 4th December and have kept chasing but no response. Totally incompetent care and customer service

I've had to contact them twice recently. Once to request a charge back on a purchase and then again due to having problems logging into the app. Both times my query was dealt with very promptly and efficiently. This is how great customer service should be. Other companies could learn a lot from Tymit 😊
