This is really shit, the cheapest plan cost me 25USD and I can't do anything with it. I don't want to pay more than that to upgrade from ''nothing is available''. And one month later, I kept ''payment is pending'', the cancel button isn't lit, I can't cancel plan. I want to contact an international lawyer how they keep payment without customer's willingness.

Terrible treatment of prospective customers. The salesperson couldn't even get back to me. You go to the effort of saying what region you're in, only for them to give you a handfull of call times that don't even remotely work for your timezone, you highlight the urgency of the timeline for a deal for your business, only for the salesperson to decide replying to emails is optional... We now have no choice but to go to a competitor all because our sales rep was utterly hopeless.

Technically, Typeform is the best in the game. The UI/UX is brilliant, and as a SaaS founder, I truly appreciate the quality of the product. My main issue was the recent price jump from €55 to €70/month, which felt excessive for a usage of 30 forms.
I reached out to express my disappointment, and I’m glad to say the team listened. They applied a 50% discount for the next 3 months to bridge the gap.
While I still think the new standard pricing is quite high for small structures/low-volume users, I really appreciate the gesture of goodwill. It shows they actually care about customer retention and aren't just running on autopilot.
I’ll be staying for now. If you're looking for the most polished form builder on the market, this is it—just be prepared to discuss your plan with them if the pricing doesn't match your volume.

Typeform is good for response collection and has a nice design. But it's just a nightmare for analyzing survey data. They broke all the summaries and reports — different tabs show different numbers of responses. It became almost impossible to get a simple sorting of the results.
I had a clear bug — three tabs in Typeform showed three different numbers of responses. I reached customer support, and it was terrible. The first representative just told me "it's by design". Then some senior representative joined this discussion and admitted it's a problem they'll fix (due to some AWS outage). After that, a third person told me, "It's in the backlog of a tech team". So I spent a week trying to fix a clear data bug (it wasn't fixed).
So I had to go to Claude to build a report for me. What's the point of paying a premium subscription price if I have to do half of the work manually?!

While the forms are good, although lack the ability to change much on them, the cost is unbelievably high for what you get.
I've been paying £30 a month and I've got to integrate Mata pixel and it's not even in the paid plan I'm on.
They want even more money for this. Jotform and others offer this service in their free tier. I'm now going to cancel my subscription so they will lose money for such a simple fix.
Looking at the reviews on here it seems to be a common problem. Definitely something they should think about fixing

This is way way way too expensive, I would recommed using fabform.io which is a better form builder and cheaper too
Worst form ever. I literally paid 100$ a month for the most basic stuff. I dont need 10k responses a month, but I literally just paid for a high tier only because of meta pixel integration. This should be available on any tier. DONT USE TYPEFORM
The price of this product is excessive. The step up of features from free to paid is not worth anywhere near the monthly expense.
There are significant features missing. There is a very limited dashboard for presentation of results (maybe it's better if you pay even more).
You cannot sort responses by multiple items very readily.
The export is messy.
It just too expensive if you want your form open for a few months.
Why can i not login into my account? I have send also some emails but no any answer!
One of those providers that make it near-impossible to downgrade or cancel subscription
Deliberately complicated to Cancel - don't open an account - that will save you time & hassle of cancellation
Everyone in here complaining about the "free" version limiting form responses. Yes, hence why it's free..
My experience with Typeform has been great. Customer support is very responsive and helpful. They don't just regurgitate help docs, they actually do the research - even if it involves another connected platform.
Yes, there are some missing features that would be nice to have but it's the best "question-by-question" form software on the market.

DO NOT USE, they didnt' warn me that I can only get 10 responses. I used this for an important event. Printed out 100 posters and I only had 10 sign up. no warning nothing and I saw you have to pay $45 for only 100 responses. no power over this so i paid.

I was charged for 2 years without realizing and they refunded it in full!

Unreasonable pricing and underwhelming features.
With a pricing as high as they charge, they should have EVERY single feature imaginable in a form, yet even basic stuff (like per-fill basic fields with url parameters) can't be done, fonts can't be controlled,, and so many other shortcomings for such an expensive product.
The "free" version allows like 10 submissions with is ridiculous. We switched to another provider and get double the features for less than half the price. Beats me how they are still in the market

This is basically a scam. It’s a poor, dated product and the way they generate revenue is by charging customers annually and not communicating the renewal so that they keep charging even if the product isn’t used. Stay away from it.

10 answers for the free account is stupid and crazy. I Lost my time

Hellscape minimalism. completely unknown options presented in bizarre locations on the screen. the company I'm trying to send a form too isn't hitting all the marks as well-- but still I'm immediately frustrated by this entry method

All of their ads talk about how it's a way to create beautiful form experiences, yet as soon as you start editing the design settings, you see for yourself how it's limited to just a few fonts, colors, and a background image. The form elements extend the whole screen, an annoying long line that can't be reduced in side. Then they add like 200-400 pixels of left margin, so everything is not left centered and not centered either. The welcome screen has text that spans the whole screen which makes it hard to read. How is it that they don't know the ideal line length for legibility? They've also adopted AI bots to handle FAQs, and it's the worst trying to get to a real person because they intentionally make it an obstacle course. I canceled my subscription 3-5 days before the billing cycle, and I distinctly remember sharing the reason for cancellation due to design constraints and bad form UI, and they still tried to process a payment. A customer should not have to resort to screenshots to document cancellation well in advance of the subscription renewal date. Their cancelation flow is also messed up for not sending an official cancelation email to confirm the cancellation was successful. Rather than spending a gazillion on ads, they're better off fixing their damn product. I wouldn't have canceled if their product actually created beautiful forms.
