Just another "costumer works hard, while WE take the big cut" scheme
This is another one of those sites where you get paid to do basic "coyp & paste" work, for a set amount of dollars, all whilst you have to pay out 200 dollars, just to sign up, and then you are hired to post ads, advertising the job, you just signed up for, in return for paying 200 dollars on signup!!
The circle is endless, and is a good example of a small pyramid scheme...
