Went for a Tyre repair that had a screw in it.
Got home only to see that the Tyre was leaking air from the spot they repaired on closer inspection noticed they had just screwed the screw further down into the Tyre.
Save yourself the hassle go somewhere else

Didn't realy want to do this review. but i have to be honest. These guys were realy good when I was handing my money over. However just 7 weeks later I found out the tyre was not legal so they replaced it with a second hand tyre. Then I found out the tensioner on the vehicle has been failing for quite some time. When we asked for help from them with cost of part they refused to help with the cost of the parts. Even though I have only have the vehicle for 9 weeks. And I was bieng more than fare by paying for labour. The vehicle has hardly been used so clearly this part had been failing for quite some time. Now I have a undriveable car until I get it fixed. Shame realy as I though they were better than this. Now I have to change all my reviews. And advise people not to trust. Honesty is the best policy.

Excellent service went to get 2 new tyres they managed to sort out my hand brake and reg plate bulb at the same time.excellent prices and customer service

Without Prejudice

Servicing Stop found me this garage for an MOT and Service. This garage is The Tyre Centre, Rotherwas, Hereford

1 They gave me incorrect directions, saying that I had to go through Hereford town Centre.
2 I didn’t know that the MOT wasn’t to be done there
3 Rotherwas, where they are is a huge area I found. I rang 2 numbers of the garage when near there, no answer on either. I got there in good time though.
4 when there it took well over 5 minutes for anyone to talk to me, reception was empty.
5 When someone came they kneeled down and looked at my tyres but I'd said clearly on the phone the day before that I needed nothing more than the mot and service
6 I gave him car keys. He went away and then lost my keys for 10 mins.
7 When found I said that Id be back in an hour. He told me an hour on the phone the day before.
8 After 2 hrs of setting on a bench I rang. Car still not ready.
9 After 3 hours waiting I walked to garage. It was then that he told me that the car was somewhere else.
10 I waited a further 45 minutes then the car came.
11 The garage man had the MOT cert. He looked at my tyres again. I asked why and did it pass. He said yes and that he had to copy the mot cert.
12 He then said that Servicing Stop had to release it, he would ring them. I said that I had to go and that ringing them could take ages for a reply.
13 it took 30 minutes between car coming back and him releasing it to me.
14 The whole episode took 4 hrs 15mins
15 I realised that there was no service checklist of work done. He said that he wasn’t given one.
16 I realised that I couldn’t have my service book stamped as I have had every year, as it was another place that did the MOT and they didn't ask for it..
17 The MOT didn’t come with an advice sheet re repairs soon to be needed.

I realised afterwards that the garage man did not seem to ring the service and MOT place when I arrived.
