I had an issue with my cycle tyre and booked an appointment. The mechanic (hopey) arrived and fixed the puncture incredibly quickly. Not only was the service efficient, but he was also very friendly and approachable throughout the process. It’s always great to come across someone who combines skill with a positive attitude. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a fast and reliable repair.

I would give this company 5 plus stars!! They are amazing. Booked for next day service. The guy who came worked on both bikes and when above and beyond to help and fix the bikes. They were friendly and kind and helpful on the phone and it’s very rare these days to get such an impeccable service!

Tyred have just serviced my lovely bike and really done a fantastic job. It needed a new inner tube and the rim of one bike wheel needed replacing and also now has new thick tyres which are more durable for winter.
The engineer was polite and very efficient and I am 100% satisfied with their service and would highly recommend to anyone who wants their bike to be cared for with great efficiency, speed and to a very high standard.

We had a great experience with Tyred! My child’s mobility-aid style bicycle (a small adult tricycle with a wheelchair style seated back section) arrived part-assemblied which I couldn’t put together myself, so I contacted Tyred.
I sent photos and what I understood needed to be assembled, and received a fast reply, fast flat-rate quote, and next day service!
The gentleman arrived early and got to work right way. The build took longer than expected, although I wasn’t surprised as the bicycle is a unique design. I was assured that he’s taking his time to get it right and not rush which was great.
I will also note that I am a lone woman with a small child - from that perspective I can say I felt completely safe and comfortable the entire time someone was at our home.
The bicycle was completed and we set off to ride it across london to store it at my parents house - around an hour later I received a courtesy call to make sure everything was working ok and that I’m happy with the work, and to offer a complimentary check up if anything needs adjusting!

If I could give more than 5 out of 5 I would - from that start finish the client service and technical skills have been outstanding!

Tyred came to fix my bike at my flat in north London, they were super friendly and efficient. Reasonably priced, too! Would be cool if my workplace would cover some of this cost through cycle-to-work or just as a perk - would save tons of time on having to go to a bike shop to drop off/pick up etc.

Got to know Tyred through my company that bought a full day repair service for employees. It saved me so much time to have Lance fix the bike (brakes, pumping tires etc). He made 54 employees happy on that day, fully recommend the service! And what a great perks for employees!

Great, personalised service following a subsidised bike service through my workplace - Lancelot came to my home to do the repairs (bringing all the necessary gear on his back!), and serviced 3 bikes in one go (1x adult and 2x kids bikes): so convenient and efficient for me.
