My tyre glider worked well until, after using it successfully 6-8 times, it broke!
The break occurred on the piece which fits over the hooked part of the rim.

Got massive scuffs all around my carbon rims now because of this tool.

Amazing product! I decided to change the tyre myself as I always struggled to find time to go to bike shops to do it for me. Never changed a tyre in my life and always intimidated to do it as it seemed too complicated for a woman. Literally seconds and the job is done. I’d recommend watching a tutorial or other independent reviews on You Tube. Highly recommend the product !

I was deferred to clause 3 in thier T&C's after I (in their words) "allegedly" used this product incorrectly and cracked my carbon rim. Buyers be very ware!

Non-existent customer service.

They offer a discount if you join their mailing list. I entered my email address to join. It gave me the coupon code CART10, but when I tried to use it, the site said "Coupon usage limit has been reached. Please try again after some time, or contact us for help." Tried repeatedly; always failed. Emailed them for help as they suggested; no reply after two emails on successive days.

This product is superb and works wonderfully well but it id quite difficult to get it right and first time I managed to break it however I notified them and it was immediately replaced with no quibble.
Having had some practice getting it on and off on some old wheels and tyres that are not so tight I got used to it and got a new pair of tight tyres on some notoriously difficult Wheels with no problem at all. It does require some strength but follow the advise in the instructional videos and you will pick it.
Highly recommended.

Absolutely terrible product! The plastic broke with the first use and I ended up use my force to take of the tyre and put it back on!

I have dropped the Nonexisting customer service three emails and called them three times no one has replied or whatever replying so this is a warning for anybody who wants to buy search terribly built and poor quality product! Avoid and use your old leavers which you can get for £2!
