Totally ripped off. $260 for tyre, unfitted which I could find at other dealers online (with physical stores) for half that price.
What a joke.
Never again!

Emailed tyre Ireland To have four tyres put on my vehicle arrived the next day with only two tyres so I got rescheduled for Friday 30th of August 24 1 o’clock. Nobody arrived at 4 o’clock. I emailed the company about half an hour later. I got a call from Robbie. I think he was the driver he rang just the one ring you know the one that doesn’t ring, just to leave his trademark once and hang up but I happened to have the phone in my hand at the time so I rang back and he told me that my phone went to voicemail. I said why did you not leave a message? He did not answer, I asked why was he getting in touch with me now 3 1/2 hours late he said the van broke down and they had to reschedule all appointments I said why did you not ring me and let me know instead of having me waiting nearly 4 hours so I decided to cancel 10 minutes later I got an email from the company , and answer from the one I had sent an hour earlier saying he was on his way and he was held up all day in the Friday Traffic two different stories they were just covering their backsides as they say I would say the reason he just left my phone ring once was to leave his trademark to cover his backside to say that he rang. The person that sent the email said he is on his way but if you don’t want him to come? I can cancel, what a joke of a company they have a big advertising campaign saying we come to your home or business at a time that suits you but I think they arrive when it suits themselves. I would not recommend this company.

Rude and incompetent Customer Service. Ordered tyres a week ago and was told I would receive a confirmation call. Received nothing, so phoned customer service. They told me they would ring me back in 2mins, heard nothing. Phoned again 2 hours later and they transferred me to a voice mail where the mailbox was full. Phoned again and then was told I should not call them as they had no information. Well that is great customer service. Incredibly rude and arrogant individual in the customer service department. I can not testify how the fitting centres are as I never got that far! If you need tyres, trust me don't go here!!

Left my daughters car into Finglas branch for two new tyres after she got the car serviced the mechanic our family uses for years said she needed two new tyres on the front wheels and that the back tyres were fine, I met my daughter at the branch and spoke to the guy he said come back in 1.5 hours, so I paid €140 for two 165/70/R14 tyres, when my daughter went back to collect me her car she noticed the two rear tyres where changed and not the front ones, I drove to the Finglas branch I spoke to an English guy who told me the rear tyres where worse that the front ones which is absolute lies, I said I asked you to change the front which got no reply, I asked could I see the old ones he showed me to tyres that certainly didn't come of my daughters car, this place is a rip of he seen a young girl and ripped her off stay clear of tyreland Finglas, Keith Duffy shame on you. Like all your company negative reviews I don't honestly expect to be contacted about my honest review

Tyreland installed part worn tyres that were almost 2 years old on my car and said to me they were new and they charged me full price for new tyres. Rang customer service and told them of the situation and they refused to replace tyres or refund the money. Stay away.

Brilliant to deal with. Very prompt and accommodating. Mark the mobile tyre fitter was very pleasant to deal with.
I will be needing another tyre soon and will have no hesitations going to Tyreland

Brought my car down for an engine light on. Gerry had a look at the issue and sorted it right there and then. He let me know what needed to be done. Definitely recommend...

Absolutely shockingly bad customer service. I rang for a quote and was asked not to google the car tyre size when I didnt know it. As i didn't have a choice not knowing the tyre size so googled. When I told him he then gave out to me saying I shouldn't have googled that he wasn't mentally ill. I am so shocked to be spoken to like that. It's blatant sexism...and bringing in mental illness... Omg..so bad...do not recommend this place.

Excellent service from my initial enquiry to fitting. Fitted today outside my house with prior phone contact to arrange suitable time. Very competitive price. Great service all 'round. Highly recommend & I will use again. 👍

Arrived at the swords branch for two new tyres on the back of my Skoda superb. The car was taken into the garage, half hour later I took a look to see the progress only to find that they had removed the front tyres.
I pointed this out to the guy I was dealing with, he then set about correcting the mistake.
An hour later I left. Totally shocking service.

Shopped around, by far the best price, called to the office to fit tyres so i didnt have to move all very professional, courteous and efficient Job done!

Last Saturday week rang Tyreland 4 times. Each time my call was answered and I was to be put through to a branch. Each time the phone rang for a couple of rings then put through to an answering mc. Left my phone number and no one bothered to return my call Phoned again this afternoon. This time nobody answered and I was put through an answering mc however I could not leave a message as the mailbox was full. I will not be ringing again.

Ordered my tyres yesterday. Process was very easy. Van arrived today and fitted both tyres. Robbie was very polite and helpful and also fixed a puncture in 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

Had car serviced and advised that front two tyres needed replacing but unavailable at the time of service Mid range tyres at approx €280 each. Gave me a chance to shop around and I was so glad I did Tyreland in Finglas were great - unfortunately the tyres I required were unavailable there too but would be in stock in 2/3 days €155 for high quality tyres. Received a call when the tyres were in stock and returned to the garage to have them fitted - after 40 mins tyres replaced and for a whole lot cheaper than originally quoted. Would highly recommend and will definitely go back. Staff were so nice and obliging.

Awful service had appointment at 9am and nobody turned up. Nobody even called to say they would be delayed or they couldnt make it. Called twice and nobody answered, left messages but still nobody called back. Finally after an hour i called and got someone. Still they could not tell me why they did not turn up. What was worse was they called the night before to reconfiirm the appointment. Common manners seem to be missing from this company. Would never recommend them
