Ordered and paid for tyres, never received them. Just fed lies. Ask for refund, never received it. Thomas A Rundle will take your money and NEVER deliver.

My first online purchase from Tyrewide was in 2020 when I purchased 4 tires for my wife's car. I ordered, and my delivery was done the following day with no issues, and their tires are of high quality, to date, my wife is still driving with the tires. After having seen these bad reviews here, I decided to give them another chance. I ordered two tires on Sunday evening, and I just received my delivery today with no issues. I am super happy with my order. Keep up the good work guys

Wort online buy of my life. spent R32 000 in October 2021 for 6 Cooper tyre. @ years later with hundreds of excuses and promises. Nothing received .

Total scammer, please be aware. Ordered 4 tyres 3 Oct 2023, paid and was told that it would be delivered within a week. R5000 out of pocket and one month later still nothing. Stay clear..

Scammer. Ordered and paid for tyres in January this year. No tyres no refund. Reported to motor industry consumer support and SAPS. Thomas Rundle if that's his real name is a thief and criminal scammer.

On the 14th of February 2023 I ordered and paid via EFT, for 4x Michelin Pilot Sport 5 tyres, from the website Tyres.co.za.
It’s been almost eight (8) weeks since the placement of the order which is still unfulfilled, going against their own terms and conditions.
I subsequently asked for a refund; To-date none forthcoming, as promised several times by the CEO, Mr Thomas Rundle.
With no tyres having been delivered nor a refund being processed, I have opened a case against the company with SAPS.
I've also written to the motor industries ombudsman, asking him/her to assist in this matter.
The CEO of Tyres.co.za called me yesterday, 12-Apr-2023 @ 11h33, when he found out that I was writing reviews about his company, promising a refund within 24hrs. The 24hrs have expired and no refund processed.
Businesses must be run based on Human Values, with a high degree of Ethics and Morals.

I bought 2 Michelin tyres from tyres.co.za on 30 June 2022. No tyres delivered. When asked for a refund, the CEO, Mr Thomas Rendell, came up with excuses and extensions for payment. No payment so far. I wrote the review on Hellopeter, then he requested me to remove the review, and then he will process the payment immediately. I removed the review and waited for a week, nothing happened other than lies and extensions. I wrote again on Hellopeter and again came up with the same request. I gave him a last chance, again, the same story. This is the third time I am writing this review.
This guy is a cheat, and he is refusing to refund and unlawfully holding my money. Never buy from tyres.co.za at any cost. IT IS A SCAM.....

I had placed an order for 2 tyres (Grabber) for my bakkie with order number 7112 which i expected delivery on the 06 May 2022. I was told that it takes only 3 days. All I'm getting is excuses and apologies from Thomas Rundle. I even sent him my tyre condition which is the reason why I need dekivery in a specified time. No tyres no refund. Unforttunately he will not get away with this until he pays my money back.
