Waiting time
Hi , what I dislike, is that your website said it will arrive in 3 days from purchase date x received a email stating , that out of the country till Wednesday wich is today x wich you guys will contact me about the design 4- 5 days later , and then wait another 2-3 days to be posted out to me. So all together 7-10 days

Prior to our temporary absence until the 21st of June, we made sure to display alerts and banners on our website, informing our customers that no kits would be dispatched during this period.
Upon our return today, we immediately attended to your order, sent you a design to preview and dispatched it promptly via Royal Mail first class. We could not locate any information on our website stating that custom designs would take 4-5 days to be completed?
At our company, we take pride in our commitment to efficient turnaround times, production, and delivery. Our goal is to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience for all our customers. If there was any miscommunication or misunderstanding, we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
I would like to stress that in normal circumstances, we aim to get all orders sent out within 1 working day, even if they are custom ones
