If I could give zero stars, would give zero. Had a booking for printer setup at 1 pm. After multiple calls, the technician hasn’t arrived by 5 pm. I canceled that booking and made a new one for 8 pm. At 9 pm still nobody showed up. After Whatsapping the company, I was told the technician isn’t available and to wait until morning. AFTER THEY HAD CHARGED MY CARD FULL AMOUNT!!! Needless to say, I requested refund and will use another company. Unprofessional, unreliable, shouldn’t even be allowed to do business. Take my advice, don’t even consider using their services

They were supposed to change my acer battery.. I gave them my laptop with the charger. The next day a technician called me and said that they have to change the battery.. I was ok with that and got my laptop back 2 days later without my charger !! Then I opened my laptop to be sure it got fixed and 10 minutes later I already lost 15% of the battery so obvioulsy the problem wasn't fix... Also I was told that the new battery will have a 6 months warranty but the delivery guy didn't gave me any paper who prove that the battery was changed.. They will return the charger tomorrow.. I won't use this company anymore and I absolutely DONT RECOMMAND THEM !!!!

I had ordered a replacement charger for my Alienware In April which got spoilt in Exact 2 months, had it replaced and now exactly 3 months later the replacement charger has stopped working out of nowhere and the company doesn't take responsibility of selling faulty, cheap replacements while they make money from it instead making excuses for their own misdeeds. stay wary of this company as their products are mostly faulty and has a tendency of not even lasting 6 months. Would rather look at other companies even though they might be a little more expensive.

I sent an inquiry regarding technician for a coffee machine. Unfortunately, the technician was not available that time (which is okay). So, as part of the inquiry we have asked for the range normally how much is the rate of the check up and the agent said "I AM NOT AWARE SINCE I AM NOT A TECHNICIAN". Writing for customers are in plain texts and no emojis or feelings I get that, but there are certain etiquette in answering such query in way that it wont sound rude and mean. If the rate is not available then we can get answer for no rates available. Such a RUDE AGENT - STACY was the name of the agent.

I have an excellent advise and servise received from Mr. Rahul. My 9 year old desktop has been repired, data recovered , changed the Hard drive to SSD and got it back in good & faster working condition. Many thanks to Rahul who guided me for this.

I immediately called the contact number via Skype ;) and was answered immediately by the operator at UAE Tech she took my details a within 5 mins of call finishing I had an email and then 2 mins later Rahul from UAE Tech had WhatsApp’d me. I explained my dilemma and he and I quickly identified the adapter part required through exchange of messages. Before I had boarded the plane Rahul had confirmed he could supply the part for the next day. I duly flew the 7 hours and this morning true to his word Rahul delivered the adaptor to the door of my hotel. No highly inflated pricing in fact less than that price the airport retailer wanted for the generic power adapter by some margin. Customer service is based on the level of detail and the small things. UAE Technicians service from my experience was exemplary. I don't recommend this company. You should avoid at any cost this company due to lack of professionalism, no follow up and despite sincere apologies on webchat, nothing happened.
I've raised a request for a TV on their website, they've contacted me on What's app asking my location and reference of TV. After sharing my personal details, no answer. I've tried 3 times to contact them. Each time, sincere apologies but no follow up. Finally after 5 weeks, I've decided to go for another company which came and pick within 2 hours.
