Dont order its a scam they don’t send the item and lie that they will refund you

Never order from Uball. They are not from the UK, but China. Their customer service is from whatsapp. Worst customer service i have to deal with. They did wrong by sending me the wrong size. They are not budging and would not exchange for the right size. The shirt is also faulty one side of collar smaller and other side of collar bigger. So very obvious you can see it's fake and very poor quality. DO NOT ORDER from this company at all costs. I have emailed and sent msg via whats app several times since 3 November 2025 and they are not helping me. Although they made mistake and the item is faulty, they are telling to order new from them and they will get me £5 discount. This is a joke! A rip off

Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Absolute joke of a company. Website suggests it is UK based which isn’t true.

What a scam website! It says Uball London and the website is .co.uk but they are not UK based. I ordered a football shirt 6 and a half weeks ago and it’s still not arrived. I didn’t receive a confirmation email at the time but the payment was taken from my bank account. The payment appears as PayPal even though I used ApplePay and the reference is completely unrelated, making it hard to link the transaction to them. If I hadn’t taken a screenshot of my order I wouldn’t have had anything to prove my purchase. I contacted them after 3 weeks and received 2 emails back (both appear with Chinese characters in the sender info) - one telling me to contact customer service through a WhatsApp number (again not +44), the other saying they’d received my order and were handing it over to their warehouse. Another 3 weeks later and still nothing even though the website is currently claiming to deliver in 7-10 days. Outrageous scam.

Ordered a football shirt 16th October, goods never arrived.Advised me to communicate via whatsapp .Ive sent 10 messages to be told my refund is on its way , but they cant give me a timescale.
Ive now submitted a claim with my credit card under section 75.

Bought a Arsenal shirt with Martinelli on the back, got exactly what I wanted, took 2 weeks to come, before it came I looked at the reviews on this website and I thought I got scammed but I received my shirt 30th November (I forgot to write a review on here after it came🤣)

Despite multiple times contacting them for an update only receiving one line responses saying will look into it I has to raise a dispute with PayPal. Shocking and a scam

I ordered on the 31st October and still haven't received the shirt by the 2nd December. Fraudulent website!!! Dont waste your money.

Don't be fooled like I was. Low quality fakes that don't correspond to the size ordered when compared to similar item.

I think im very lucky here, they are based in China and theyre likely not real but are adidas tops. got exact size and print i asked for and it looks like real. Postage was 2 weeks

Ordered a Leeds shirt on 2nd November and then read the reviews on here and thought I’d made a big mistake. I emailed and used their wats app after the 7 days preparation was over to chase up my shirt. Received my shirt after 13 days from ordering and it’s spot on.

SCAMMERS!!!! Do NOT use! They are based in China. Communication is appalling! They have said they’ll ‘expedite’ my order for the past 3 weeks. They have no intentions of doing so. They are ripping lots of people off. Please do NOT use.

stay away from this company. They are not based in the UK like the website would lead you to believe. items are sent from china. I ordered a long sleeve jersey for my son and they sent a short sleeved jersey. they accepted it was their mistake but told me the shipping costs are to expensive to return so i can keep the short sleeved jersey but reorder and pay for the long sleeve jersey. very poor communication and as they are based in china there is a time difference when you send a message and they reply. people need to be aware to stay away from this site dont get caught out.

Googled personalised Football Shirt for a birthday present and really unfortunately this company website came up first. Ordered exactly what I wanted and was really really pleased with the price etc. Order confirmed and tracking details to follow, but never did. That's when I researched them and was left mouth opened by all the negative reviews stating exactly what I was experiencing.
I had been totally taken in and I thought I was pretty acute at this. Like other writers of negative reviews, I was fortunate enough to use PayPal, who once I provided my evidence of the scam, they kindly refunded the full amount immediately. Truly grateful for PayPal.
When I challenged the scammers through their communication platforms, they either didn't reply or reply with just don't worry your item is being processed, we do it thousand times a day but they never produce any confirmation of item or tracking.
Can't understand why their still allowed to advertise/trade. Thankfully we have trusting sites like Trust Pilot, do your homework first is the key 👍

They didn't fulfil order. Asked to get in touch via WhatsApp. Then said accounts were frozen so couldn't fulfil order or issue refund.

This "company" is a scam. You order some shirts and they just get the wrong one in. I am defrauded because they dont let refund or return. If you reply to their messages it all AI, nobody reads the message. I am going to report for fraud but its a Chinese fraud organisation and I in the UK. Bummer

The product was delayed and they claim it was delivered and sent a pic of it hanging out of my letter box. I got home and it’s not there.

Not based in the uk. So the lie starts from the off. Avoid!!!!
