Needed a laptop battery in a hurry for a friend of mine in Costa Rica. I was leaving on Saturday for Costa Rica. Ordered the battery on Wednesday late ln the afternoon from California. I had the battery in 2 Days. They did a great job of getting the battery to me before my flight left for Costa Rica.

I received my order last night, so I installed in my hp laptop and did a full charge on the new battery and went through a stress test for 12 hours, it remained at 75% after two hours of use which is very good for a 6 cell battery. It fits perfectly in my laptop and seems to be recently manufactured .I'm very satisfied with the quality and price.

Purchased a battery for my HP laptop, delivered in two days as promised.I followed the instructions as to the correct process for charging the new battery, now it works great, absolutely no problems.

I had a problem with my battery with 2 months remaining on my warranty. I contacted UBatteries and spoke with Lydia and Veronica to explain my problem. I was told how to return the battery (I paid $7.15 for USPS shipping) and the procedures for them to test my battery and, if necessary, the replacement process (I pay the $6.99 USPS return shipping). It took about 1 week for the entire process to be completed and I had a replacement battery. The service was excellent, timely and, without hesitation, I would purchase another battery from UBatteries.
