I had a really positive experience with UBC Birmingham, and I especially want to highlight how helpful Damian Cleaver, the Centre Manager, was. From start to finish, Damian was professional, approachable, and genuinely went out of his way to help. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and his support made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

The centre itself is well run and welcoming, but it’s the level of service and care from Damian that really stands out. I would highly recommend UBC Birmingham to anyone looking for a well-managed and supportive business centre.

Joy and the team at Leeds have always provided a very profession service. I have used the for call and post diverting for my small recruitment business. Thanks!

Fiona and Mae made our move into the building incredibly smooth and completely stress-free. They were extremely accommodating, and we’ve had no issues since moving in. It’s a lovely building, and I would highly recommend it to any business looking for a serviced office.

Since UBC took over from the previous company we have seen annual price increases which far exceed market rates. Knowing the inconvenience for a company to relocate offices they appear to use this to exploit businesses. Over the past 3 years we have seen our rent on a small office for 3 people increase by 38%. We have tried to leave mid contract by offering to continue on a hybrid contract whilst a new tenant was found however UBC although agreeing to this have not actively sought new tenants leaving us to pay for an office which has not been used in the past 7 months. Looking forward to cutting all ties with this business!

We leased an office for around one year at UBC Edinburgh, Rutland Square. The building was beautiful, always tidy and the facilities were great. Meeting room availability was good and very reasonably priced.

Most of all, I can't commend Cristelle and Paula enough for their service and support throughout our time at UBC. Nothing was ever too much for them, and we'll miss seeing their friendly faces each day now that we've sadly outgrown our little office!

What a scam and hungry company. Due to a death in my family. I cancelled a service which I didn't use nor was it setup. They are trying to charge me a setup fee for something that was not setup or used. Stay clear.

Great offices which are bright and welcoming. The staff are wonderful, and always so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We used two meeting rooms for filming and the staff onsite were very helpful and accommodating. The lunch supplied was exactly what we needed and the team were very flexible understanding of our requirements.

A great service without any fuss provided on two separate occasions as an off-site location for sensitive interviews of potential employees.

We used the offices at UBC (Birmingham Business Park) to conduct interviews over two days and the facilities were superb, the team were very helpful and the catering was great.

Fantastic service! Christine was most helpful and very welcoming. The room was neat, tidy, clean and just what we were looking for. Very good value for money. All in all a service I would recommend to anyone.

Used a day office on Friday 30th July 2021. The team were amazing, so helpful and friendly, the office I had was clean and well equipped, free parking, easy to find, had a shower as well and great tea / coffee facilities. I will definitely be using again when I need to get out of the house!!

Wonderful efficient staff, always quick and willing to help. Friendly atmosphere, good facilities and great location. Although I work on my own I never feel alone, I'm getting to know some of the other clients here and the staff make me feel valued and welcome.

Working in an office by myself everyday could get a little tiresome you may think, however, with Sam and Sarah there to help at any given moment, having a friendly smile and time for you; means that I don’t feel like I work alone; it’s a great place to work, all my business needs are met.

The UBC offices feel like my second home. The offices are always clean and welcoming, the staff can't do enough to help and being there amongst other small organisations helps me sociable. Since moving to UBC the charity I run has most certainly developed with having a professional base to run from and people around me to talk to with all of the social events and training events to keep my brain engaged too. :-)

Absolutely faultless, great offices and exceptionally friendly staff.

Location is perfect for me, and the flexibility that is afforded to us is invaluable.
