Horrible company

There was an issue with my package and I was told to deal with the post office myself so I filed a claim with my card for product not received since I had to do all the legwork of dealing with the post office who could not explain why the status went from address not found to magically delivered. I told them I have video for hours before and after supposed delivery that shows no one delivered anything. No response. So I filed a dispute with my card. I really wanted to try their product so I placed another order only for it to be canceled by them. When I asked why my 2nd order was canceled I was called deceitful by someone named Brittany. Like excuse me? I was told I had to figure it out myself and I have evidence that I never received anything and you have the nerve to call me deceitful? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Don’t buy! Sent me expired nail polish

They sent my mom nail polish that was expired. It’s a gel nail polish and it looks like chunky glue. Do you know when a gel polish goes bad. That’s what they sent me. She sent them a message on Facebook and they didn’t even have the courtesy to respond to me. It was a free nail polish but had to pay for the shipping. Guess I won’t be doing business with them

Terrible Customer Service!

Contacted CS immediately after placing an order to add one more item. It takes 3 to 5 business days for them to process an order according to their policies and the person I dealt with was less than accommodating, stating they have very strict policies about shipping and order processing through the WAREHOUSE. Item could have been charged separately through PayPal and added on -- especially since the order has been sitting there for three days after I contacted them. Again, the processing time was not the issue, THAT should have worked for me.
The purchase I made was for a non sticky stamper. The sticky one that I wanted was no longer available which is why I purchased the non sticky one, but very easily resolved with purchasing the soft refills that fit the same one I bought. Unfortunately, was not aware of this option when I placed the order.
Hello.
This is how Brandy words her greeting, and then speaks in cookie cutter phrases with words like WAREHOUSE and STRICT POLICIES. What a joke.

Worst Customer Service EVER

I recently purchased Nail Stampling Plates from UberChicBeauty. When I received the plates, I noticed that the were scratches on the blue covering. When I pulled the covering down to determine if the plates were damaged, I found that the scratches were also on the plates. I sent them a message requesting that the plates be replaced with plates that were not scratched and then the fun began. Brandy Lee, Customer Service Joke, asked me to send pictures of the scratches, which I provided. She then proceeds to tell me that "In the manufacturing of 1000s of plates, we are bound to have a few get damaged, unfortunately. Nevertheless, we definitely want to make things right!" I simply asked to have the plates replaced with plates that were not scratched. She then proceeds to tell me that it is common to have scratches on the film, but because the plates were not scratched, we cannot replace the plates. Sorry! I have told her in my initial e-mail that the plates were scratched and she refused to replace them. I referred the matter to my credit card company to resolve. I will never, ever, do business with this company again. As the paying customer it is my decision to determine if damaged plates will be accepted by me, not the customer service joke.
