Dear Uber Support,
My name is Gabriel Vieira Galvan, and I am a driver-partner with Uber. I am experiencing a serious issue with receiving my payment.
I have already updated my bank account details correctly and submitted the required documents several days ago. However, the Uber Driver app continues to display the following message:
“Account needs attention. Updated information is unavailable right now. Please check back later to see if there’s more to do before you can receive payments.”
At the moment, I have a balance of €350.49 that I am unable to cash out, even after following all recommended procedures:
Updating my bank account information
Submitting all necessary documentation
Reinstalling the Uber Driver app
Contacting support with no resolution
I urgently request that this situation be resolved. If there is a manual hold or any pending issue on my account, please provide a clear explanation. If needed, I also request that this case be escalated to the Payments Team.
