Slow customer support for lost package
I've decided to update my review; FedEx lost my package, and it did take a long time for UberKinky customer service to resolve the matter; but ultimately, I did receive a full refund. As it would happen, the refund happened a few hours after my review was posted. Probably a coincidence.

Customer service was exceptional - my order was wrong due to an error in the description of the product I ordered, I kept the item in its original packaging returned it and received the item I wanted at no additional cost as a goodwill gesture. The product is great and they made sure I got it in time to give it as a gift on someone's birthday. Really great customer support!
