Just wanted to share a positive experience I had recently. I sent my controller in for repairs and was really pleased with the whole process. They even upgraded it with the new TMR analog sticks, which is awesome. The service was truly great, and I got my controller back very quickly. I'm very happy with the results, and would recommend them.

I recently got in touch with Uber Micro Repairs to see about getting my sons Xbox Elite 2 controller sorted. I'd seen some of their videos on YouTube and was impressed by the clear explanations and level of detail they shared about the repairs they do. The whole process, right from the initial contact through their website to request a quote for the repair (stick drift, intermittent issues with LB and RB, issues with rear paddle buttons) to getting the repaired controller back was very easy and the staff have been very helpful all the way through. Communication with them was easy and my son is delighted his controller is working like new again. Have no hesitation thoroughly recommending you get in touch with Uber if you need something repairing.

Fixed my Scuff Reflex fps model as suffered terrible stick drift. Also suggested I upgraded thumbsticks so doesn't happen again.

From my initial enquiry to the return of my fixed and upgraded Scuff joypad everything was handled professionally. Options available for my joypad, pricing and timescales for the repair were clearly communicated. Could not be more happy with teh service provided.

Sent in my controller for some basic repairs, faulty buttons and whatnot. The member of staff who I was in contact with was immensely helpful and extremely polite. Had a little hiccup with the repairs but they were quick in rectifying the problem! Honestly extremely happy with the repairs and service alike. Would recommend this repair service!

Had the dreaded stick drift on a pa controller. Sent in and modded , sent back quick and efficiently. Would be happy to use again.

UBM handled my repair in a prompt and courteous manner and kept me informed throughout the process and even when I returned the controller when I thought it wasn't working (user error d'oh!). I would recommend them.

Fast and friendly email communications. I changed my Xbox Elite series 2 thumb sticks which had really bad drift out of the box (standard poor build quality sadly for the ‘premium’ Xbox product). Replacements were perfect! I’m 6months in and do have some drift again but as to be expected and still better than the originals.

I've used Uber Micro Repairs twice now (a number of years between each order), and both times they came through with great service. They're busy and a small outfit, so you may have to wait, but they are responsive and communicate well, so you're not left in the dark. There are no shady practices, like overcharging delivery or changing quotes - it's very straightforward, and they clearly know what they're doing. You can tell from the communications that they're very aware that people are cautious about repair firms, and they work hard to reassure, and they're clearly very switched-on. From my experiences, I wouldn't risk going anywhere else for a controller repair.

Went above and beyond to find my parcel as I sent it to the wrong address. They then fixed it and returned at the price quoted and within the timescale promised. Cannot ask for more.
