They charge without notice and they refuse to refund
I forgot to cancel my subscription and got charged for a whole month. I have not been notified before the charge, and I requested the refund within 4 hours being charge. But the support rejected my request. And I did not get any refund.

I had a persistent issue with Ubersuggest becoming unresponsive over time. What stood out the most was the support team's dedication; they patiently followed up, reviewed all the details I shared (including screen recordings), and even offered to schedule a Zoom call to troubleshoot live.
Throughout the process, I was in touch with multiple representatives who were professional, empathetic, and genuinely committed to resolving the issue. I performed several troubleshooting steps on their advice, from clearing the cache and updating Chrome to removing extensions and testing on mobile. Eventually, after a few updates on their end, the tool began performing better.
While I’m still monitoring the platform to confirm it’s fully stable, I’m satisfied with how the team handled everything. It’s reassuring to know there’s a support team that listens and actively works toward solutions.

I got the lifetime plan: super affordable, just one payment and you get to use it forever. I’ve been using it for like 8 months now. Started from zero, and honestly, I’m still not a pro, haha.
