OMG - do not make the same mistake I made. This place is a HUGE scam. Never, never, never, never EVER buy anything from them. They send chintzy products, do not give you the chance to return them for a refund. Their products are the worst.

ANTICIPATE POOR SERVICE
FINALLY, after paying for expedited shipping, received order 2 1/2 weeks later. In the meantime -
Telephone numbers posted are erroneous.
Unable to get a response via their posted email address.
Company finally responded they had received no order, but just received it. Duh!

Bought ear buds which immediately keep cutting out. Wanted to return, but no return label included in package. Contacted Ubertech who did reply but unable to help without video evidence of cutting out!! Gave up in end & kept them. Felt they were obstructive so would not recommend.
Update, monies are refunded. What a pity it took a bad review to be refunded.
