I placed an order at 2:45 pm March…

I placed an order at 2:45 pm March 13th. I was notified it was on its way on the 18th and didn't receive it until he 23rd March. I find this to be very poor indeed. I regularly order from a vape shop in Aberdeen which is at the opposite end of the country using the same delivery service and it arrives in 3 days. The way the vaping industry is heading I'd have thought you'd be keener to keep up with best business practices.

I’ve been using Ubervape for many years…

I’ve been using Ubervape for many years now and found them very helpful, they always answer the phone in office hours although they’re not there at weekends but apart from that their price are really good and always have great offers, I highly recommend them.

I've ordered from them several times and they've consistently delivered. I had a problem with one of my orders a while back, but they resolved it promptly after I reached out via email. I'm puzzled by the negative ratings here, as it seems people usually only review when things go wrong. In my opinion, Ubervape deserves a higher rating based on my experiences!

Sent wrong item - radio silence

Ordered something, sent the wrong thing. Emailed them, didn't bother responding. Like others, I made the mistake of not checking their Trust Pilot rating prior to ordering! Lesson learned. Avoid these charlatans...there are hundreds of other companies out there where you will get the goods you requested with a level of service expected.

Poor customer service

Wrong item dispatched, company would not dispatch correct item until they received confirmation of return of incorrect item. Not happy as it was not my error.

Shocking Customer Service

I was a client for your but this changed with the last delivery.
Got sold a faulty pod system that leaked with any coils I've put in it.
After a lot of back and forth I was actually called a liar on several instances.
Very rude company to deal and no aftersales customer services

5 days still no order.

5 days still no order.
Back to the previous vape business who could deliver next day if you orded the previous morning for free.
I should have read the reviews before getting involved with this mob.

Order arrived quickly but customer service is lacking

Bit of a shame really. I ordered some coils and vape juice from Uber Vape recently. Good prices.
The delivery arrived nice a quickly too, which was good.
Unfortunately, they included another customers' order print off in my parcel. So I had the other persons name, address, email and phone number.
I know it isn't bank details, but still not great. I emailed to let them know. They ignored the email. I messaged again, and got a bit of a flippant reply. Didn't really seem bothered, just asked me to "throw it away".
If that's how they handle customer data, I doubt I'll be using them again

Used to be decent - not anymore

Used Ubervape for a long time, but lately it keeps letting me down.
- Dispatch is slow
- Support replies are slow
- Many products out of stock
- Partial orders being shipped, with missing items, and them it takes ages for the remaining items to be sent. Sometimes, after 2 weeks the order is still not fulfilled.

Disappointed

I have never had an issue before, however I placed an order on the 12th June, still not received, place a top up order on the 14th and received it 2 days later. Still waiting for the order placed on the 12th. When I rang today they stated I have to wait until the 26th for it to be officially lost. Ridiculous!
