I have no method of getting my money back as, after receiving my orders, this company was raided and closed down by the FBI. I had changed banks at the time so I have no means of making a charge back and the uBiome team have never contacted their customers to follow up with refunds on their therefore unused kits. Obviously their website and email no longer work so there is no way of communicating with them for assistance. 👎🏻
