Excellent and responsive customer service. The frames I got were even more beautiful in person than pictured, but I made mistake picking lenses and they were almost transparent. I reached out to customer service and they responded later that day with options for a replacement pair. I just had to pay for the shipping of the new frames and did not have to return the old ones.

Since posting that review, Ublins reached out directly to me by email. They acknowledged the issue, apologized, and offered a 60% off coupon to help make things right.
I appreciate that they took the time to respond and address my concerns after my feedback. While my initial experience wasn’t great, I feel better knowing they are willing to improve and support their customers."

Good value but not high quality.
The value & price of the glasses were very good. However one of the frames was disappointing due to an adornment already coming off. One pair had rhinestone trim & after 1 wear the rhinestones have come unglued on a pair of sunglasses.

I was sent the wrong glasses! Emailed you guys twice and never got a reply. I will not be ordering from Ublins again and most definitely will not recommend to family and friends.
