Impossible to have a communication with them. Ignoring my messages and not answering my questions. I strongly recommend that nobody works for this agency.

It’s not hard to make a discussion about shifts but they don’t always have the one i want. Tho they are still very flexible and i have had a very friendly service!

I wish to thank you for the opportunity in your company, but I do not think I fit in that kind of environment.

I came yesterday, at NightExpress, at 19:30. Have waited on their reception, without clerk or any official person to greet men. Around 19:45 workers let me inside in caffeteria.
No one greeted me at all, I did not know what to do or where to go. I had to get dressed for work, because of hot temperature I came in causal clothes, with intent to change them in working clothes at company dressing room for employees, but it turned out company does not have one. Then I went to the toilet, to change clothes, where I encountered gross mess and feces on the floor, water spilled all over the toilet. I had to change my clothes in there, afraid I would catch up some disease, specially in these times of Corona and Monkey Pox. After I changed my clothes, I went to caffeteria again, where I met either drunk or drugged person in military combat suit. He tried to speak with me, but I am afraid he was under such influence that his vocalization was incomprehensible.
At 20:00 I went to the entrance of warehouse, where work is to be done, asking for reflective vest, which every worker there had. By a person, who was noting worker presences on piece of paper, I was told that it does not matter and I can work like that, which is in complete violation of safety regulations in this beautiful country. For years and centuries workers fought hard every day for right we have today and, for me, to stomp all over of that, is too much. Safety of mine, is also a great concern. Next, foreman led me to the office where I was plugged on mobile phone and an very old bluetooth finger scanner, which I am afraid radiates way to much microwaves for my good health. Also, battery of that device started to overheat on my hand just after few minutes. So plugged like this, feeling like a robot, without any explanations or work instructions, by a foreman I was placed on a chute, where I was instructed to scan coming items with my finger scanner and place them on a palettes near me. When we started to work, at 20:05 foreman noticed that bar codes of incoming items are completely wrong and not readable by my finger scanner. He left me there alone and I waited for 10 minutes, working nothing. Later foreman came back, with instructions for me that I will work on another chute but there was also a great problem with incoming items and their barcodes so I was left alone there again, without safety vest, while EPT reach truck worked near my feet without any protection against grinding.
After all that, I have concluded that job position is not for me and told person in charge that I am leaving, due to not founding work conditions, nothing in detail, as here in mail to you.

I thought you have a safe job for me, with decent work place and conditions of work. I have not encountered that last night.

Maybe you have other jobs for me, but I am afraid, If they are resemble to this work conditions, I can not work.

Never got response. Why does your operator insist of us having a telephone call, when my and hers email is working just fine? Why I was sent to warehouse that does not respect safety instructions on work? Because agencies like yours, people are living Netherlands, less and less people want to stay here and work. Arent you afraid for your pention or your mind does not reach that far?

Sorry for leaving the job without informing the Manager I have exams and I’m trying to focus also I’ll love to work with UBN again somewhere different from Ziest and also i currently don’t have an accommodation too it seems it’s a lot I’m asking for but if accommodation can be provided for me as a refugee for sure I will continue to work with UBN. Thanks in advance for my request
