Absolutely disgusting after sales service, they will ask you to visit to get any issue checked. Just bought a room heater within a week oscillation stopped working and even after raising a complaint they are asking me to come to their store which is faraway from my place to get it checked
I have a UBON WIRELSS NECKBAND CL-50 which i won in a contest host by them on Instagram in July 2023 and i am using it since then it works great because charging time is just 30 mins and backup time is 45 hrs. The earphone also have 3 buttons power, volume up and down. It also support dual pairing means it can connect with two devices simultaneously.
