I had a problem with the shipping because they had listed the wrong price for it and then sent me a link to pay the difference. This was not the first time it had happened to me, even though I had only ordered from them twice. The shipping took far too long to be processed and handed over to Aramex. After that, however, everything went smoothly, and the product arrived in perfect condition.

I'm very pleased. I tried to order from antoehr website and it kept cancelling the order automatically since USA has 110V and but KSA has 220V. Ubuy let the order go through and now I have the instant pot mini rio and instant pot mini vortex both 4qt in rosewater colour. Very pleased.
