I placed an order on 1st September (order # 62608750431 and one of the products specified a certain quantity as advertised. I was surprised when Ubuy sent me a notification in just two days stating that the product was on its way to me.
The day i received the product was a nightmare. No outer covering. Wrong quantity. Bad quality.
So after exchanging conversations and emails to rectify this mistake Ubuy made, because i trusted them with my pet's food, yesterday the Customer Service Team assured me that the original product that i ordered and that was advertised by Ubuy on their website would be sent out to me.
I waited day and night (September 10, 2026) but no email and no notification from the company stating that the product has been shipped out to me.
Is this a joke? Inl trusted Ubuy with the supply of my pet's food. I make steady orders every week but every week turns out to be a disappointment.

It was fine
I had a problem with the shipping because they had listed the wrong price for it and then sent me a link to pay the difference. This was not the first time it had happened to me, even though I had only ordered from them twice. The shipping took far too long to be processed and handed over to Aramex. After that, however, everything went smoothly, and the product arrived in perfect condition.

Sea moss gel is preservative-free and can become watery due to temperature changes during shipping, this is completely normal. Simply placing it in the refrigerator for a few hours will restore its firm, gel-like consistency. This jar is safe for consumption for up to 4 weeks once chilled.
Because the product is not defective, we are unable to issue a refund per our policy. We stand by the quality of our products and the manufacturer’s storage guidelines.
