All five stars for them. I was not getting the book here in kuwait. So I brought it from Ubuy. I was skeptical before but didn't have no choice as i never bought it from them before. It was a good decision. I got my book in between the war that's happening now. I was expecting it to be very late but it was just a week late which they informed me while buying that it will be 10days late and still it came before time. Thanks to them. The quality of the book is very good. No damage at all. And an authentic purchase. Thank you again.

Illegal transport costs charged
Bought a folding bike on Sunday, with tranpsort costs included
Monday they mailed me to ask me half the sales price as EXTRA TRASNPOSRT COSTS.
This was via the u-buy.be website and is illegal under belgian law. All sales are final at the agreed upon price.

Your sellers inability to enter data correctly in your webshop is no excuse to illegally and fraudulently surcharge me, the buyer, for your sellers incompetence.
This is a fraud attempt that will be reported to the cops.
The real question is only for how much fraud I must report you. Only the 400 illegal surcharge or that plus the principal. This webshop cannot seem to obey the law of the land they registered in.
Never in my life have I seen such a criminal excuse for a .be webshop

Badly stored items.
I bought two guitar hero guitars. The quality of the items were horrible. It was definitely not new. I got a used guitar in place of a brand new one. It is so badly damaged that the rubber coating on the buttons are all sticky.
