I have been using this ahh company's Sim card for almost 5 years now . Sometimes I can't call my loved ones even though antena was nearby or status bar indicator Available. I bought Esim from the same company I thought it would work because Esim is new technology and I was wrong again. In addition people don't stop buying Sim cards from them because choices are limited In Uzbekistan

I purchased a Ucell SIM card during my travels in Uzbekistan, based on assurances of robust connectivity both indoors and outdoors. Regrettably, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The internet speed has been incredibly slow (experiencing speeds as low as 38 kbps), and often the connection is completely lost when indoors.

Upon reaching out to Ucell for assistance and a refund, their response was disheartening. Despite providing details of the inadequate service, Ucell dismissed the issues, insisted their equipment was functioning properly, and refused a refund without offering any viable solution or compensation for the inconveniences experienced.

Travelers, particularly those who depend on reliable internet connectivity, might want to stay away from Ucell and consider alternative providers for their journey through Uzbekistan.

I have used this operator since 2013. I have some terrible moments but it was my fault. Internet is fast enough. I had only 1 or 2 problems while my using period.
