Rented a room with Philip from Ucnest and he helped me a lot as I am new to London. Very responsive with my reported maintenance issues. A true professional in the business.

As a Landlord they have always looked after the condition of my properties and paid rent on time. I have a good working relationship for the last 6 years starting initially with my smaller flats before leasing a building of flats which they now manage. Highly recommend

I’m currently renting a flat from unnest and have had a fantastic experience. The agent Phillip has been really helpful. The flat is lovely and was really clean when we arrived. The tap broke in the bathroom soon after we moved in but Phillip called a plumper to come round the next day to fix it. They also installed us a meter on the wall so we could save on our energy bills. I would highly recommend this company.

I always use their company to help me find a house. It's very good.

I stayed In a property in east London when i came to London - philip sorted everything out and it was all handled well and professionally - the deposit handed back on time 。phil was such a proffesional guy ,very fast response and also helpful.

I rented a flat with Ucnest and had a great experience. I’d like to thank the team for making my stay so pleasant, I had the pleasure of dealing with Philip who was ever so helpful and accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend Ucnest to anyone looking to rent a place in London.

I didn't rent with them, but I did look for a room with them. They seemed like friendly company; they communicated clearly and quickly and were amiable. I did appreciate honesty and transparency with all the fees and deposits; they didn't seem like they were trying to sell anything to you, but they genuinely looked into what you were looking for.

Very good company, they actively communicate to solve the problem of the flat. The customer service also responded promptly. There are drain issues outside of the building, which is not their responsibility. But because my English is not good enough. Their staff helped me communicate with the municipality and resolved it in time. highly recommended

Avoid at all costs.

They will do everything in their power to entice you to rent with them. Once you’re there they really don’t care!
Despite being promised a extension to me contract and given the appropriate notice they inform me last minute my rooms been let out and I have to go.

Dealing with Micah who conveniently forgets these promises.

They have also broken the law and the tenancy agreement by not protecting your deposit with a tenancy deposit scheme!

Avoid at all costs.

They were very enthusiastic and would recommend the right property based on my needs and budget, and answered my questions about bills and the breakdown of maintenance responsibilities in great detail before I checked in, dispelling many of my concerns about renting. After I moved in, I encountered some small problems in my room, and they all helped me to solve them, such as guiding me to recycle garbage, so on, which is very helpful to the foreign students who have just come to the UK. I will strongly recommend it to you!

I have been living with this agency for 3 years now. I have lived in two properties of theirs. They are very nice and helped me a lot with tenancies and maintenance issues. They are very quick in response especially for this COVID period.

ABSOLUTELY DON’T GO TO THIS AGENCY

I have been in talks with them for a week, answering very rarely, wasting precious time when I could have looked for something else in the meantime, they asked me for half a deposit in advance without any signature, and on the same day that I should have signed, I they contacted me a few hours before telling me that the room had already been taken, really unprofessional agency

Micah helped me quickly to move to my new flat which was great. But when from the time I moved out Ive been trying to contact the Ucnest agents and the agency to ask questions about my refunds, about if they found my keys which I left on the table. I kept hearing “ we are going to sort things out and give your deposit back” which will take up to 4 weeks. Not to mention I was relying on getting these money back on time. Guess what.. After almost 7 weeks, still nothing, kee p hearing you are going to get them soon, or this week, and still nothing. Lets see whatS next. If I dont get them, I will complain to police or appropriate people

Bad management company- extremely lazy and incompetent. I dealt with Philip and Micah.
They also agreed to refund my deposit, but are either too incompetent to actually refund me, or simply malicious.
Pretty unprofessional

Scheduled for a virtual viewing. When I asked if we were still going ahead with this fifteen minutes after the scheduled appointment as I had not been called as previously arrange, I was informed the property had gone with the response “snooze you lose” and that the person who had come on time took the property. I fail to see how given the prior arrangements for the meeting, this warranted a rude response.

I am with them now and I have to move out in less than a week. No one has mentioned anything about handing over keys or giving back deposits and I don't know what to do.

I have been trying to contact them for weeks now and no one is picking up the phones. I have emailed several times as well and still nothing. Laughable, corrupt and a hideously inadequate company. Do yourself a favour and live on the London streets - better service is provided there.

I was a tenant of ucnest one year ago. Miko and Philips are very nice, they solved most of my problems and reply my queries timely. During last Christmas, the company even prepared several presents to us, so warm-hearted. Recommand it to you definitely.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY - they allow people to illegally sublet flats through them - they have stolen money from me and I am facing eviction from the legal property owners because they do not do their job properly. They threatened to cut my utility payments and change the locks in order to force me to agree to leave. Someone even turned up at the flat without notice pressuring me to agree to settlement. They have still not given me money back after paying for 12 MONTHS up front which I had to do without a guarantor - they owe me £10,000 and I am stuck. I BEG YOU TO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY - THE WORST LANDLORDS AND LETTING AGENTS OUT THERE.

Although they are a new company, they sure understand well about their accommodations and was able to provide details when asked. Staff was very friendly and ready to answer any enquiries you have. Recommended.
