The smokeless firepit grillI ordered from UCO arrived damaged in transit. Shortly after sending them photos, UCO sent me a replacement, which arrived in a few days. Very impressive service! And I am liking the grill as well.

I have a Pedco Pod tripod that I got years ago, and I lost one of the little rubber feet. UCO Gear went out of their way to get me another one. I've gotten good use out of the Ultra Pod II, and it's nice to know that they stand behind their products. It doesn't seem like a big deal to replace a rubber foot, but most companies just don't care these days, it seems. UCO Gear went to the trouble to take care of it. I really appreciate that.

The products are great. I was a big fan of UCO. However, their customer service team is terrible. I broke a plastic switch spork and tried to get a replacement, as they claim on their website that all plastic sporks are entitled to a lifetime warranty. However, I was never able to make a warranty claim. The customer service team misunderstood that I had a titanium one, which only had a 1-year warranty. After I clarified that it was a plastic one, they simply disappeared and did not respond to any of my emails.

The only reason I give UCO 3 stars is due to the customer service. I was never able to reach anyone within business hours and when I left a message I did not receive a call back at all. The products are great and I did receive info on tracking once my order went out.

I like to order my replacement candles from UCO. Candles from other sources melt and create a big mess and subsequent cleanup.

UCO makes great matches and fire starters. I have not tried all their products but the many that I have are very good.
They are a little pricey,:but work well when you need them. I would not trust regular matches or butane lighters on a cold and windy day to start a fire. Try to hold a paper match or stick match with gloves on or rotating the spark wheel on a ligkter. Very difficult They are great for emergency purposes also. To bad they don't come as strike anywhere matches. They then would be perfect.

Shipping was excellent for one of the two orders. The second was never processed or shipped.

Great company! Quality products! I purchased the Brass UCO candle lantern and was shocked at how bright it is! Very high quality product, made for a lifetime of use! They even threw in a whole box of sweetfire!

products are great, replying to e-mails on questions about your order, not good.

Very disappointed, order during Black Friday special and then made a second order to give as gifts and neither order had the Bonus gift enclosed, emailed customer service twice and still no response, love the products but with such poor customer service I won’t be ordering again.

One of my brass lantern arrived to my house in a crusher fed ex box. It was broken inside. I called customer service and the replaced if free of charge with no haste!!! Great customer service!

Ordered quite a few items (lantern, candles, matches, extra) delivery was quick and all items work perfectly.

I own and appreciate the quality of several UCO products. I've owned my original UCO brass candle lantern for more than 30 years. Admittedly, I use it rarely in favor of larger, more powerful options but it has earned a place in my pack thanks to its simple, practical design.

This lantern performed very well during a 42 hour power outage, so I ordered two more, plus 18 candles. What else would be suitable for indoor use? I wouldn't want to try a fuel burning lantern.

UCO products have the right cross over of the things I love with old gear with the quality of modern innovation. The gear you carry should of course perform and function. But, it should also enhance your enjoyment. UCO fire starting products and lanterns do just that. Thumbs up, keep lighting my fire!!!
