Very bad customer service team
Very bad customer service team. Instead of doing lots of emails to cancel the contract, they don't have courtesy to reply and cancel the contract. They just want money.

I was bombarded by persistent staff who were not clear and do not listen. I explained we were not responsible for this property after 17th November but they said it was only prices and that didn't matter and now I get a communication saying thank you for choosing UCR. I did not purchase anything as I am not responsible for this property .Not a good experience at all. Very bad work practice.

NEW SUPPLIER HAS ATTEMPTED TO TRANSFER MY ACCOUNT PREMATURELY.
AS A RESULT MY CURRENT SUPPLIER EDF HAVE CHALLENGED THE ATTEMPT BY SMARTEST ENERGY TO TRANSFER MY SUPPLY TO THEM.

Today I spoke with Jay at UCR consultants over a problem concerning our renewal. He gave excellent honest advise which has now resulted in the problem being resolved. As a very small church with limited funds Jay advise to us could not have been anymore helpful.
