Confidence in making the right decision in an increasingly difficult market
Pravina has, for many years now, helped our small charity and its trading arm cafe to get the very best deal for our energy consumption. It is a minefield for an individual on a trustee board to go through all the different price comparisons and come to the right decision. Pravina has guided myself as treasurer through all the different deals on offer and helped me make the right decision. This is an invaluable saving of my time and I can proceed with confidence that I am doing what is right and best for our charity. She is then always available to talk through any concerns.

Brilliant customer support and communications
Pravina has been advising me on energy contracts for a number of years. She is courteous and sensitive to circumstances. I appreciated her advice and ways to communicate when going through a period of bereavement. One really has the feeling that she cares for my being able to make savings on my bills. She listens and considers my - the client's - perspective. One never gets the feeling that one is pressurized into a contract.

Mahad Abdisalam was extremely helpful getting me the best rates and getting me in contract very quickly. He also took the time to help me sort out an issue I had with a scammer.
