it's ok, they do deliver but the customer support service is not so helpful, the only thing they're able to do is to direct the customer to the store where I ordered the flowers. in this case I have a question - why do I need them in between if I can go and order directly from the store

Good sevrice

The variety of flowers they offer is great and their customer's service is very responsive. The delivery unfortunately took longer than they've said it to be.but the bouquet arrived just in time, packaged nicely and undamaged. I would definitely recommend!

They sent the gift to the wrong house

They sent the gift to the wrong house, then argued that I put in the wrong address, which I didn’t when I double checked it. I put in the correct villa number, and recipient name and contact, which they could have called to confirm but they didn’t. Bad service, bad customer service.
