Bad broker, bad support, bad experience.

I opened my account in March 2026 and started trading. In April, I requested a withdrawal.
My initial deposit was $500, I had made approximately $2,800 in profit, and my total account balance was around $3,300.
UE Capital cancelled my trading profits and informed me that I had 30 days to withdraw my initial deposit. I disagreed with the cancellation of my profits and asked them for an explanation. Since then, I have received absolutely no explanation and no response to any of my emails.
I then tried to withdraw at least my initial deposit, but even that has still not been processed. My withdrawal has been pending since April. I have cancelled and resubmitted it many times, sent numerous emails to their support team, and opened multiple support tickets through their website.
Nothing. Absolutely nothing. No response, no explanation, no action.
I have been trying to resolve this for almost six months and I still cannot even withdraw my initial deposit.
Based on my experience, I do not recommend UE Capital.
