Rented car was not charged, at first the team suggested I should take it and charge it on the way, it took the team 1h to secure the replacement which was parked two places to the left. The replacement car did not have the charging card inside. At the very end I left my favourite sunglasses in the car, apart from contacting the team immediately, multiple times, via phone, text, in writing no one even bothered to check or come back to me on this topic. Very unhelpful and slow customer service. For me never again.

Easy to pick up and drop. Affordable price! But other competitors now have tesla n other EV cars. Better to update everything to beat the competition🤗

simple, easy, and absolute great value for money

I loved that the App controlled the car hire, locking and unlocking (although slightly worried if I ran out of charge). I suggest advising customers to bring a charging cable to put their phone on charge in the car so as to avoid that outcome!
Also helpful to advise about Apple Carplay for those who use that, a really useful tool that means you're working with the navigation tools you know.
Finally the Kona was very like my Kia Soul in layout and thus really easy to step into and drive - the hardest thing is finding the seat controls to adjust for my physique, so maybe some simple advice sbout that.

We rented two Teslas during our trip to Ireland. The experience was great (once we found the UFODRIVE section in the car park. Not only did we save money by not buying fuel, it was cheaper than hiring a gas-powered vehicle. The check-in & check-out experiences were super easy. I’m so glad the company has expanded into the States.

I ordered a drive mostly because I read on their website that UFO Drive's Teslas have autopilot (except the UK), and I wanted to enjoy the experience. Unfortunately, the Tesla I was given didn't have this feature. I chatted with support, they confirmed the problem, but didn't offer any compensation or a replacement car.

Excellent car, superb service.

Charging port was broken on Model S. Had to panic until your team gave me a model 3. Very frustrating and anxiety inducing.

Also the app sucks. Give renters a key card.

Great service, this is literally next level of how rent a car should work. Would use again for sure.

Great driving experience in the Tesla 3.
First experience with full electric car and only surprise was the battery range degradation overnight. Stopped at night with a range of 112 km and in the morning range was degraded to 76 km. The night was cold but not freezing freezing cold, just cold. And then after a 34 km drive, the range was only 21 km. So the fear of having an empty battery was pretty present 😊.

Overall great- I struggled a bit with the pick up as there is no mobile signal where the car is parked so signing the contract was difficult (I had to leave again to find a signal
