I genuinely wish I had never bought these UGGs.

I got a stain on the shows after 2 wears. Wanting to do the right thing, I purchased and used UGG’s official cleaner—you know, the one they recommend and sell themselves. Instead of fixing the issue, it made things exponentially worse by leaving a large, ugly water mark that completely ruined the appearance of the shoes.

When I reached out to customer service, I expected some level of accountability or at least helpful guidance. Instead, I was told I must have “used the cleaner incorrectly.” No meaningful attempt to understand the situation, no real support—just blame shifted straight onto me.

Following their advice anyway, I sent the shoes to Sneaker Hut in hopes of salvaging them. The result? The stain is still there, and the shoes are now in even worse condition than before. They’re essentially unwearable.

So to recap: I used the brand’s own recommended solution, and ended up with a completely ruined pair of shoes—with zero accountability from the company.

For a brand that markets itself as premium, this experience has been anything but. Poor product quality, ineffective (and damaging) care products, and dismissive customer service. I won’t be purchasing from UGG again.

Spent a lot of money. Delivered in a state. Box in paper bag. Box battered. Cheers UGG..

Parcel left at my neighbours front door.
I was at home - my neighbour wasnt, yet you left it on their top step and took a picture.
The parcel was in full view of the street.

I purchased a pair of UGG boots in October as a birthday gift to myself, and after only about five months of normal use, the inside lining has worn down dramatically. The shearling lining is already flattened, patchy, and looks very worn out.

Considering the high price of UGG and their reputation for quality, I honestly expected them to last much longer than this. I have owned other winter boots that held up better after years of use, so seeing this level of deterioration in such a short time is very disappointing.

I take good care of my shoes and did not expect the interior to look this damaged after only one season. For a premium brand, durability should match the price.

I hope UGG improves the quality of their materials or customer support for situations like this, because at this price point customers should be able to expect better longevity.

*Update 13/3 have processed my refund. Shame it took for me to leave rubbish review.

* Update.. tried to send private feedback however only positive comments are stated before i can proceed, and i have zero positive comments to give!

I ordered a pair clogs for del on 10 march. throughout the day the carrier kept updating out for delivery end of day. i had opted for a pick up from lockers that i know have a lot of spaces. However, no delivery by wed i contacted Ugg. Only to be told the courier was unable to leave the package (doubtful this is actually true) so are returning them to UGG. I however have to wait 10 days for a refund and only then will they refund once shoes have been returned. i asked for a replacement pair to be sent out since the delivery never came to me. But no this isnt possible which seems a bit ridiculous. I am reliant on unprofessional and unreliable couriers to return shoes i never recieved before i get a refund!! you should take a leaf from dry robe customer service. No matter how good or nice your products are REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE is a real put off. i wont be re ordering but will take me refund when it eventually arrives and buy from elsewhere.. we are now on day9 since i placed the order. still no shoes or refund

Quick delivery .Just a tad worried about using it now as after reading reviews,there were a lot of unhappy customers with there uggs ruined 😕
