Items received are poor quality, take long to arrive, and little transparency for their "100% Money Back Guarantee". First off, the quality of my item that I bought is incredibly low. After receiving this item, I noticed it was the wrong size and was poorer quality that what was described. When I reached out to get a refund with the customer service - which is hidden on the website - I was given a return address after a long series of emails. To China. From the USA. And I would need to pay the shipping. I see on their website that there is a 100% money-back guarantee, but apparently that does not extend to international shipping.

Delivery slightly delayed by virus impact, but good in circumstances
Despite the current world situation with the virus impacting even deliveries, my order arrived from overseas in a month, which is possibly a week or so longer than expected. Satsfactory, in the circumstances. The item, a wallet, was perfectly suitable for purpose.
