hidden fees and massive upselling
I applied for subclass 417 visa and The staff are very welcoming and helpful. but what they dont tell you is the hidden fees, that theres a 350 pound eligibility check, a 1250 pound visa application fee (the standard rate for a 417 visa is about 350 gbp) and then if you want them to send it off you have to give them an extra 650 dollars. edit: id also like to add that when you attempt to call them you get no response so good luck getting a refund. this company pressures you to pay by getting you to pay a small amount then more then more, they wanted 300 pounds just to send of my files to the australian government. whatever you do stay away from this company
save your money and just do it through the government website

A Stress-Free Experience!
Jennifer, Summer, and Olivia were so helpful during this process! They answered every question I had and I never felt left in the dark. The second I submitted all required documents, I was granted the visa the NEXT DAY! So glad I had them to guide me through this unknown process.
