Reasonable price for decent software. While drums, pianos, strings and guitars are excelennt sythns feels very uninsprising and outdated. It is time to rethink of layout and sound

For me , UJam Products are one of the Basics , at the Heart of my Sonic Setup.
No matter what Track is being Created , you can Guarantee a UJam Plugin or Sound is in there.
That's just a Fact.
Loved these Products from Day 1 of Use , Most of the Time they are my First go to Plugins as soon as The Daw Boots Up.

First and foremost, the value for money is excellent. You get high-quality, great-sounding samples with well-designed presets—though I do wish there were a few more of them. The features and FX are spot-on too; everything feels purposeful and tailored to what each preset needs. At this point, I own 17 VST plugins and instruments from UJAM, and I still have a few more on my wishlist.
However, this brings me to the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
I wanted to buy a specific instrument, so I tried the 7-day trial version first (which is a generous amount of time). I immediately started working on my projects because the instrument was exactly what I was looking for. After two days, I decided to purchase it. Once I downloaded the full version, I noticed it was an upgraded version of the one I had tried. At first I thought, “Great!”—but unfortunately, the new version had changed samples and a different layout for the same presets I’d been using.
I reached out to support, and they responded quickly and were extremely helpful. My suggestion is this: updates are great and definitely a step in the right direction, but please keep previous presets unchanged and simply add new ones under different names.
All in all, I’m very satisfied with UJAM, and I would happily purchase from them again.

I had a licensing issue with VG-IRON V1, and UJAM support resolved it very efficiently and quickly.

I first encountered this company when the A-List Guitarist plugins for Propellerhead Software were released. Later, I saw some very similar plugins on Ujam's own website. Their design and sound captivated me, and I was eventually able to purchase them. That's when my fascination with Ujam products began.

My experiences acquiring their products have been positive, both from the service at Plugin Boutique and directly from Ujam's website.

Their plugins are lightweight, with the exception of Virtual Pianist, which, since it loads all the libraries (if you have them all), takes a little while to load.

The quality of the audio samples is quite good, considering they aren't just standard products, but rather works of art (Deep, Legend, Cinedream, Symphonic Elements, etc.).

Personally, I haven't had any problems at all with the authorization process, and the support team has been excellent, 10/10.

After a few years of saving and hard work, I finally have all your products. I'm very proud, but we're just scratching the surface. I hope in the future you'll have a Virtual Percussionist (obviously multisampled like the VDs, with styles like salsa, samba, Arabic, Middle Eastern, African rhythms, etc.), a physical modeling synthesizer, a Virtual String Player (modern violins, harps, sitars, ethnic styles, etc.), an autotune (Ujam Style), and various voice processors (harmonies, voice synthesis, voice change with offline AI). I also hope for a new Virtual Drummer with four toms, three crashes that can be muted by hand, a splash cymbal, a Chinese cymbal, and so on.

It's been a pleasure buying your products, guys. I hope for more!

Great customer service!

Ujam plugins truly offer a different experience to the majority of plugins on the market at the moment, and invite a different kind of philosophy to approaching sound design that is really refreshing and straight to the point, which I've really enjoyed. This obviously wouldn't count for much if the sound quality wasn't up to par, but I love the way these plugins sound and they cover a huge sonic spectrum. I would heartily recommend these to both producers new to mixing and more seasoned professionals, don't dismiss them because of the supposed simplicity of the design.

I've have reached out for support once with Ujam and the experience was one of the best I've had with a developer, extremely helpful and friendly. So that is also a big plus.

The authorisation process they use is seamless and I will be definitely adding to my Ujam collection in the future.

Since I have bought the VG Version1 Plugins in 2016, I am using them a lot. I think in more than hundred files. They are fundamental for the music, in a range from „Iron“ to „Silk“!
Now version 1 is discontinued, but still supported bei UJAM. And, this is top!

I cannot say much about the shopping-experience, because i bought the product on another platform, but i had contact to the support. They helped me out immediately and were very kind. I have no useful critique to make... i´m already satisfied as a customer.

UJam have great products for professional sounding music. I can very quickly reach an exciting result, but the trade off is the flexibility. As an example I sometimes I just have access to major and minor chords, and not the more unusual chords.

Recently I had a problem with an authorization of a plugin. I tried everything to solve the problem but nothing helps. So I wrote an e-mail to the UJAM support and what shall I say: we solve the problem in less than an hour on a saturday evening!!
It was great!

Innnovation and smplicity,afforsability

Great selection of instrumental sounds and effects at good prices. I use multiple UJAM plugins in every project.

I recently misunderstood an email that was sent out and got a little upset, sending a rather angry response to them. I honestly didn't expect to hear back, but I did.

Jeffro was incredibly kind and understanding, and understood why I got upset. There were apparently a number of problems with the campaign (that I won't name here.) (It happens, I get it.)

Anyway, I was assured they were working on fixing things for the future, and we even exchanged some DAW tales. Pretty cool.

Do I trust this company? Yes. More now than ever.

I find UJAM products are generally pretty straightforward to get on and start exploring with, which is nice when time can be difficult to come by. That ease of use doesn’t come at the expense of quality or features either. I haven’t needed to contact support often, but on the occasions I have, the turnaround has been next day at the latest — more than reasonable considering the time difference — and the support was just that: supportive.

Ujam always seem to nail the details. Exceptionally functional plugins, excellent sound quality, well designed and integrated workflow options… simply put quality products which promote creativity, deliver in sound dynamics and performance,

What has stood out the most for me personally is the customer service end of their operations. Responsive, personal and pinpoint solutions quickly is a cut above a large number of other plugin companies.

Ujam solves issues with the user. Then follows up to make sure the solutions are meeting the challenges of my workflow and delivery.

I’m not a paid user or sponsored. But the service sure makes me feel like I am.
