Overall: If price is not your only purchase driver, find another retailer.
Pros: Received a great appliance at a good price.
Cons: The guaranteed five working day delivery window for in stock items became three weeks. Paid for installation of new and removal of old unit, and delivery service insisted they were contracted only to leave the unit at my doorway with no pickup. The old unit remains, six weeks after delivery.

Great service, called up to speak to a person rather than just buying online. So pleased i did, knowledgable, polite and told me exactly how the process worked.
Great prices, free storage until i was ready and a polite and helpful delivery driver what more can you ask for!

Ordered two ovens and an extractor unit from this firm. From day one, excellent customer service.They held on to my items for quite some time with a deposit payment whilst kitchen was being fitted and answered my many annoying queries over a period of time. They then delivered when required and very professionally. Could not fault them. Ask for Steve. Great customer service!
