Zero stars review received a lying email from HR the so called Head of HR however refused to state a name and the email didn't have a professional footer that it should do. Omni People that are the parent company for CPM. If you read those reviews their really bad worse then here. As I've received harassment from Christopher on the so called complaince and data Team. He can't deal with a complaint about himself not only the staff have refused to answer who the correct dpo for the place is ? That I've got a legal right for that information. Now this place is breaking every law in the book. By trying to keep me quite. If I was working for this place the likely hood is that I would be putting a grievance in if that didn't work then an employment tribunal. Clearly the staff can't do their jobs in the first place by bullying me with the use of "we" that it's not "we" at all. If you've not been paid then you chase the place up. Especially as there are several reviews regarding problems with pay

Biggest scammer in UK....STEALING MONEY FROM INNOCENT AND HONEST PEOPLE....The incident was happen at VFS Global Hanslow.. got a fine saying that un athorised parking even though paid for parking... where i asked security he only told me to park and pay at machine...i got charged both ways Fine and paid for 2hours parking fee..there are hundreds of people visiting Vfs Global office every day for passport and visa related application and process....just guess how much money stealing from people

Nasty company. All they are good at is threatening people with courts. There isn't a rule against gym members not being allowed to use the Kings heath car park and with the train station work being carried out, the spaces are limited and markings are unclear. When you appeal, they will turn down the appeal without a doubt and proceed to warn you not to take it any further because if you do, you will lose the right to pay £60 instead of a £100. That is an even an option. The scums of the earth always find a way to rob you and there are a lot of them out there. -100 stars for legal thieves. Try parking in a confine space where markings are not clear, only their cameras perched up metres above ground can get Birdseye view.

I live on a council estate tried for over two weeks to renewal my permit , numerous emails phone calls , my permit online was saying still active but had expired , in the meantime received 3 parking tickets on 3 consecutive days still waiting for my appeal

The worst, incompetent and unscrupulous company you can imagine. They issued an incorrect PCN to the wrong person and vehemently deny any liability and refuse to answer how this was allowed to happen or what was done to ensure such mistakes do not reoccur. They simply refuse to tender a formal apology I assume for fear they will need to then pay compensation.

Regarding Uk Cpm, since my last review of these con merchants, I have tried to invoice them for their incompetence. Surprisingly enough they refuse to pay for my time, effort & stress, fixing their mistakes.

I received a final chance before action for a parking ticket I did not receive on the 26th October. It was claimed that I had received an initial letter. My only choice was to contact them online. I filled in the online form and because it was an online form the email went to my junk box. Once I had found the response and gone to appeal it had been passed on to this unprofessional bunch of racketeers.

I called them to try and have a reasonable conversation. I read them the email I had sent, I told them that the ticket had not been issued and they would not do anything to help me resolve this issue.

All they kept saying was "you was sent the letter, if you want to appeal you'll have to hope the court sees your side of it". I told them that I was not issued a ticket "they don't 'ave to" they said. I told them that the ticket claims to have been issued at 04:34 and they told me that it didn't it was issued at 10:30, despite the letter in front of me saying that. Whatever I said they did not listen and would not discuss any way of sorting this out other than me having to go to court.

I feel like I have been press ganged into paying the £170 and all these horrible people care about is the money. This has nothing to do with parking. They saw that I had a permit to be in the bay next to me someone else was parked in. I presume they did not issue the ticket as they saw me coming back to move the vehicle as I was gone momentarily.

This has been extremely stressful and I feel like I have been harassed and bullied into paying this ridiculous amount of money just for trying to park at my place of work.
